What to Expect
First Appointment: Initial Assessment & Intake
Our first appointment is a thorough intake where we cover your health concerns as well as your medical history and discuss all current influencing aspects of your health including diet, stress, and sleep. The purpose of this appointment is to get to the root causes of your health concerns. If available, please send any recent bloodwork or relevant medical records in advance. At the end of your appointment, we discuss initial treatment steps, answer your Q&A, and discuss what lab testing is necessary to provide you with comprehensive care moving forward.
Second Appointment: Comprehensive Care Plan Review
At our first follow-up appointment, we start by reviewing your lab results in detail, explaining their meaning and importance. Your lab results in conjunction with the information from your initial assessment, are used to create your Comprehensive Care Plan which encompasses diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. We go through the recommendations thoroughly, to ensure you have the information and support to move forward and begin to make changes to resolve your chief concerns. Our work together is focused on addressing your symptoms and achieving your health goals, through building the foundations of health.
Follow-Ups: As Needed, Quarterly
Subsequent follow-up appointment frequency depends on your health concerns and needs. Generally, we will have 2-3 appointments in the first few months, after which, check-ins are quarterly or as needed. We monitor your progress, make progressive adjustments, troubleshoot any limitations or setbacks, and discuss any questions you may have. As we resolve your most pressing health concerns, we begin to work on other aspects of your health and shift toward preventative medicine.

My role as a Naturopathic Doctor is to provide clarity and guidance by investigating and connecting the dots to your root causes. I provide a Comprehensive Care Plan that addresses your symptoms and health goals. The tools and resources provided will empower you to make sustainable changes to reach your highest health potential.
I provide a clear plan for you to follow, and complement your plan with support, encouragement, and accountability, teaching you how to heal yourself. My goal is to lead you to optimal health, ultimately not needing me.
